HALF-STAFF MOURNING STREAMER
Black Ribbon

Flags traditionally fly at half-staff as a symbol of mourning. When a flag can not be lowered it is appropriate to attach a black ribbon above a flag, as an alternate mode of expressing morning.

The Half-Staff Mourning Streamer is considered an acceptable substitute for symbolizing mourning on flagpoles that can not fly a flag at half-staff.

Streamer Fabric is 200 denier Nylon.
Size: 2 inches x 60 inches, hemmed with one grommet at top.
